Rooted in the Japanese idea of *musubu*—to connect or tie together—the vessel expresses themes of connection, circulation, and flexibility through its form. The lid and body fit together as one, symbolizing family, partnership, and enduring relationships.
Crafted from koriyanagi willow grown in Toyooka, the natural fibers help regulate moisture, allowing rice to remain soft and flavorful even hours after preparation.

しなやかな心を包む、日々の器
おむすびをはじめ、季節の食をやさしく包む柳の弁当箱。
身と蓋で一つのかたちとなる、この作品には、
「結び」「循環」「しなやかさ」という日本の美意識が込められています。
コリヤナギの花言葉は「しなやかな心」。
その芯に通る綿（わた）が自然に湿気を調整し、
旅先でも炊き立てのように、お米の美味しさを保ってくれます。

⚫︎ 作品について
柳行李の伝統技法を用いながら、
現代の食卓にも溶け込む軽やかな形へと仕立てました。
身と蓋が合わさることでひとつの形となる——
その構造は、「夫婦」「家族」「縁」を象徴しています。
縁起物として、新婚祝いや記念日の贈り物にも選ばれています。
おむすびには「人と人との良縁を結ぶ」という意味があり、
また、コリヤナギは枝垂れ柳とは異なり、天に向かって真っすぐ伸びることから、
まっすぐに生きる象徴ともされています。

仕上げ：未塗装生成仕上げ
柳の繊維が呼吸し、内部の湿度を自然に調える構造。
白ご飯はそのままお入れいただけます。
混ぜご飯や色味のあるおかずを入れる際は、
付属の晒（さらし）を敷いてお使いください。
晒は繰り返し洗ってご使用いただけます。
**「使いながら育てる」**という感覚をお楽しみください。

使用後は洗剤を使わず水洗いのみでお手入れください。
